TravelPlus Indonesia organized a fantastic event. The “Kampung Tugu” (Public Relations and Digital Communication) workshop was conducted by students from the Institute of Communication and Economics at LSPR, PRDC26-3SP, located at the Gereja Tugu complex, Cilincing, Jakarta, Utara Baru Baru. There is also a UMKM market selling specialties from Kampung Tugu.
Secara garis besar, kuliner khas Kampung Tugu yang dijual dalam bazar UMKM tersebut tasik atas 2 Jenis, yakni makanan berat (main dish) seperti Pindang Serani (Ikan Bandeng kuah kecap) and Gado-gado Siram (Gado-gado Tugu). Jenis lainnya perupa sempari makanan topping (dessert) or membang/kue seperti Pisang Udang, Ketan Unti and Apem Kinca.
Well, the Orang Tugu cuisine dish, or better known as Orang Betawi Portugis tepat Lestari dan melangit (popularly known as Semakin) in Indonesia and Mankanegara, can be prepared for as little as 7 Kyat, according to TravelPlus Indonesia .
