The AXEAN Festival 2025 Young will take place on September 13th and 14th. Mendtang of Jimbaran Hub, Bali, announces the lineup for the first wave.
The music at this festival is a dynamic and eclectic mix of young musicians from all genres, from traditional to contemporary, from folk to modern.
Among the confirmed members of the first wave of young artists are Balinese alternative rock band Jangar, psychedelic rock trio Kelompok Penerbang Rocket, indie rock quartet Ministry Rock, and band Members.
Six musicians from L'alalpha, the promising Indonesian producer and singer-songwriter XANDEGA.
Also participating are musical pioneers DJ Love and the alternative rock band from the Philippines, Malaysian bitter pop artist Yang Sedang Nayek Daun Su San, indie pop/rock singer-songwriter Shay, Singaporean musician and producer Electronic Production Fax, as well as experimental rave-n-roll band SOLE and alternative rock quartet DOOR PLANT from Thailand.
In a press release provided to TravelPlus Indonesia by Creathink Publicist , David Siow, one of the organizers of the AXEAN festival, explained that many of the musicians have extensive local experience. "And we're here to connect those dots on a global level," he explained.
Piyapong Muenprasertdi, co-founder of the Axian Festival, reveals that this year's edition of ADC will feature the Club SEA Showcase, a special Axian stage that will highlight electronic music and club performances: Lahirapsitang The Club and Slowly Discovering.

The four-day songwriting camp , a youth festival held before the main event, invites selected musicians and producers to create together in a youthful, collaborative, and intercultural environment.
Organized by Melayu in collaboration with Jimbaran Hub, this year's Utsav will provide a dynamic, youthful, inclusive, and forward-thinking platform for Southeast Asia's music and creative ecosystem.
Tunecore, a music aggregator with global customers, also supports the AXEAN festival as one of its stages.
